Cancellation Policy

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Genfrid (Sahil Sales) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Reasons for Cancellation

• Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered.
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
• Problems identified by Genfrid's fraud avoidance process.
• Additional verification required before accepting the order.

If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your account within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation by the User

As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or dispatched, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within a reasonable period. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been dispatched.

Refunds for Cancellations

Decisions taken by Genfrid regarding cancellation or refusal to cancel an order shall be final and binding upon the user.
